  • On behalf of Mrs. Warda for being in work trip, Dr. Bushra Mahmoud Saleh  and Mr. Abdul Sattar attend the celebration to receive the shield of honor.

The Ministry of Migration and Displaced honored Mrs. Pascale Warda, Chairwoman of Hammurabi Human Rights Organization, former Minister of Migration and Displaced and member of the Iraqi Women's Network.

The honoring ceremony was held on 24/12/2018 during an event organized by the Ministry under the auspices of His Excellency the Minister of Migration and Displaced under the slogan "A society without violence and a prosperous homeland" to combat violence against women.

On behalf of Mrs. Warda for being in work trip outside Iraq, Dr. Bushra Mahmoud Saleh and Mr. Abdul Sattar Faeq Abdul Jabbar members of the General Board of Hammurabi Organization attend the event. Dr. Bushra received the shield of honor of Mrs. Warda.

It is to be reffered that Mrs. Warda was honored by the United Nations Human Rights Council / Middle East and North Africa Bureau (MENA) when she was selected with 30 distinguished activists in supporting human rights. The event was held in Beirut, Lebanon on 12/12/2018.

It is to be mentioned that Mrs. Pascale Warda took over the portfolio of the Ministry of Migration and Displaced within the cabinet of the former Prime Minister Dr. Ayad Allawi.
