Hammurabi Human Rights Organization is keen on issuing a report by the beginning of the school year putting into account monitoring failures and negligence within the educational system, HHRO became more active in this field after the disaster which be fell the Iraqi minorities following the invasion of Mosul by terrorist groups on 10/06/2014, and seizing control of Sinjar, Tel-Afar and the lands of the Nineveh plain. What is noticed with the beginning of the new school year of 2016 – 2017 is that the disaster that befell minorities in the educational field continues to exacerbate among displaced families which reside in Erbil and Duhok in camps lacking much needed services.
