·       Ms. Pascale Warda participating in a conference in the Portugali municipality of Evora to discuss numerous humanitarian and human rights issues.

Ms. Pascale Warda, president of HHRO, former Minister of Displacement and Migration and a member of the Iraqi Women Network, participated in a conference in the Portugali municipality of Evora on 07/05/2016, the conference was supervised by the Secular Societies Council of the Portuguese Catholic Church under the slogan (Nothing, nothing is indifferent between earth and heaven) with the attendance of more than 600 personnel representing religious bodies, such as the nuncio in Portugal, human rights organizations, humanitarian institutions and experts in the cases of knowledge and diagnosis, the conferences discussed three fields of study related to human rights cases in three locations in the world.

The first field of study was under the slogan (hope in Amazonia), Mr. Louis Ventura Fernandez, anthropologist, gave a lecture discussing the injustice suffered by the nations of that area and its inability to develop despite the wealth with natural resources distinguishing that area, he concluded his lecture by saying that hope will remain the main engine for those nations despite the endured injustice.

The second field of study was presented by Ms. Pascale Warda, discussing the importance of adopting a real solidarity system to protect the Iraqi minorities from wars and genocides, she also presented facts about discrimination, torture and all sorts of marginalization and isolation committed against minorities, especially Christians and Yazidies, appealing to the international community and international humanitarian and human rights organizations to support Iraqis, she also reviewed models of the relief and human rights services offered by Hammurabi Human Rights Organization for the displaced and survivors of the terrorism of ISIS.

The third field of study was allocated for the subject of the meaning of life and liberating from poverty, the main speaker was the famous American director and human rights person Mr. Joseph Campo, he discussed an experiment in New York about the conditions of the homeless and the possibility to rehabilitate and serve them, presented footage from documentaries about the subject.
